Studio Focus: Lorna Reid Chookiebirdie Studio 117 Main Street

A special welcome to Lorna Reid, who recently launched her craft business "Cookiebirdie from Studio 117.

A trained textile designer from the Scottish College of Textiles Galashiels who now lives in the town, Lorna has designed textiles and sold internationally including to Laura Ashley, Louis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren.

Lorna designs and produces contemporary hand-stitched accessories for you and your home. Her range of designs combine her love of textiles with traditional hand-sewing craft skills - from xmas tree decorations to garments to soft furnishings for the home.

Lorna"s new studio is a treat to the eye and her beautifully designed and hand-sewn textiles are already creating a stir in Main Street - see for yourself, an open invitation is extended to all.
