It comprises a front gallery/display area with shop front window, a kitchen and separate W.C. and workshop space and measures 814 sq feet. Monthly rental of £320 includes normal usage electricity (heating, lighting, etc), council & water rates and buildings insurance. (This is for full studio space, not per tenant - multiple occupancy will be priced proportionate to area used.)
